DMS
The DMS is a series of Voice switches from [Nortel Networks]
This is a quick start as i have started working on Voice at work to, ill add in notes and clean it up as i go along... (which as usual means this is now a dumping ground for random infofo related to DMS switches / Voice networking in genral)

OM stands for operational mesurment
