[x] Why are all mediawikis that are newly added via forms, initially set inactive? | because their timestamp has not been set at a time the update script already checked for inactive | this wasnt planned, but maybe the bug can be just called feature too, because its not so bad to have some manualy control / threshold for wikis being added by other users | Not quite a vibrant feature. We already check for dupes and other things. So, make a timestamp to be set on addition and everything will be fine. | setting inactive now contains "ts is not null" |
