Maybe on wikipedia discussion pages? It's hard to tell and you do not think about what is an answer and what is new when writing. hmm. Some software, Making a big parenthesis on the left clinging every single idea or a changed background color like induced on community-wiki with [new:]. New ideas add on the top. double-hmm.
