Because the wiki is case sensitive about user pages on the one hand, but automatically making first letters capital in wiki pages on the other hand. I think they introduced that to allow a more fluent linking style in sentences, instead of having to go like <nowiki>[[Something|something]]</nowiki> constantly. It looks like this automatic capitalization feature is NOT active though for text inside a "summary" field that shows on RC.Maybe the coders just forgot about it? shrug [[User:mutante|mutante]] 12:34, 19 November 2005 (CET) |
