First Universal Cybernetic Kinetic Ultra-micro Programmer
First Universal Cybernetic-Kinetic Ultra-Micro Programmer is a fictional computer used to predict the likelihood of WorldWar III by generating hexagrams from virtual throws of the I Ching sticks.
It was designed and built by HagbardCeline, a character in the Illuminatus trilogy by RobertAntonWilson and RobertShea
