    Rant

Fascinating subject that needs to be discussed and talked about more openly. It seems that fear is part of our genetic makeup. A reflex for Self-preservation, which is the source and encompasses all of the Four Fountains. Fear translates into a powerful effect on the human nervous system, chemically and physiologicaly. Powerful hormones are released on command that course throughout the body and prepare the organism for the Fight or Flight response. An over-abundance of fear in ones life or repeated fear experiences might also put the organism into a vulnerable state mentally (psyche-wise), which might lead to Muscle Armoring and debilitating emotional and physical health, if not made aware of.

Fear can be overcome. There are ways.
