A command-line utility that converts MS Excel .xls files to CSV (comma-seperated-values) .csv files.

xls2csv is part of the catdoc package. (catdoc - MS-Word to TeX or plain text converter)

Usage:

xls2csv [-xlV] [-g number] [-f date-format] [-b string] [-s charset] [-d charset] [-c char] [ -q number] files
