Palak = Spinach

Paneer = White cheese

Palak Paneer = Popular dish with spinach,paneer,spices and rice.

Aloo = Potato

Nan = Bread

Sabji = Mixed vegetable dish

Raita = A yogurt-based drink (containing vegetables)

Lassi = A yoghurt-based drink (sweet or containing fruits)
