Tutorial fuer Linux
- Gehe auf https://foldingathome.org/start-folding/
- Lade das "fahclient" Paket runter. aktuelle download URL
- In einem Terminal wechsle in das Download-Verzeichnis und tippe "sudo dpkg -i fahclient_7.5.1_amd64.deb"
- Der Client wird dich nach deinem Usernamen auf Folding@Home fragen. Gib ihn ein.
- Als naechstes fragt der Client nach deinem Team. Gib die folgende Zahl ein: 52798
- Jetzt wird nach einem "passkey" gefragt, das kannst du ueberspringen und Enter druecken.
- Gehe auf https://client.foldingathome.org und waehle aus wieviel Rechnenpower der Client bekommen soll, Light, Medium oder Full.
- Falls du an einem Laptop bist stelle sicher dass das Netzteil angeschlossen ist, der Client pausiert sonst automatisch wenn der Laptop auf Akku laueft.
- Nachdem die ersten WUs fertig sind gucke auf https://stats.foldingathome.org/team/52798 ob du in den Stats auftauchst.
