Beltane or Bealtaine (Irish language) - Bealltainn (Scottish Gaelic [1]), - Bealtaine is an ancient Gaelic holiday celebrated around May 1. Mí na Bealtaine "month of the Bealtaine festival" is the name for the month of May in modern Irish.
