Well,i wasnt sure, and i looked into the SpamBlacklist_body.php file, and it didnt have the changes that patch makes so i applied them. But im also not sure if it is only needed for that local DB feature they mention. Hmm,it also says the page_name has to be moved to the Mediawiki: namespace. I wondered if we need to do that, and tested the latest Spam entries manually in sandbox. And it worked, so was not only looking in the old cur table.
