I am thinking now how you could use collaborative writing with VOIP for something closer to what Real World group facilitating is: http://treegroup.info/topics/ or The Seven Thinking Hats of deBono. These techniques are too dynamic for a wiki and too structured for IRC, perhaps here they could be practiced?
