The Cologne Conference presents outstanding international TV productions in the following competitions:
TopTen Fiction: The best contribution out of ten national and international productions in the categories TV movies, series, mini-series, and comedy receives the "TV Spielfilm"-Award
TopTen Nonfiction: The best contribution out of ten national and international non fictional programs including new formats, documentaries, and documentary series receives the PHOENIX Award.
Spectrum Young Talent: debuts by up-and-coming filmmakers. in cooperation with the ifs internationale filmschule köln and Kunsthochschule für Medien.
The Night of Cult Television: in cooperation with BBC Worldwide, the comedy show “Little Britain? which received rave reviews and was hailed as one of the most innovative comedies.
