* BayleShanks & LionKimbro met for WikiWoodstock
* future of WikiWoodstock
** Lion proposes:
** Every 3 months, on a weekend day, is WikiWoodstock.
** It's throughout the day, without time limits.
** However, target a specific point during the day (so everyone meets)
* BayleShanks & Lion talked about a program for initiating sessions:
"Something that would make it so you could automatically conjure a medium and a channel on all the other participants' computers. So, say for example you say, "Everyone, we meet at #onebigsoup on irc.freenode.net." Then it automatically starts the software on everybody's computer, and logs them into irc.freenode.net, and automatically takes them to the same channel. And then, "Everyone, we meet at moonedit at is-root.de:32123 in page foo.txt," and then it automatically takes everyone there. That's a major piece of software that we want and need. It would be terribly useful, because the cost of transitioning to a more appropriate medium is just so terribly expensive."
* podcasting Skype meetings (record .WAV, convert to .OGG)
* synchronizing with netstockfest
** but we can't merge music w/ voice
** but there's latency (several miliseconds)
* discussion about Mac on Intel: it's the chips, only
