Conversation Summary:

* '''WikiWoodstock''' - NeKeMe is having a NeKeMe meeting on June 11th,
conflicting with our present planned date. (not necessarily a conflict !)

* Schedule is aggressive, because we want forward motion, and we don't
necessarily want 1.5 million people showing up but want to show it is
the beginning of a line of events.

* Tasks and roles:
* on-call Tech support: Lion volunteers, but wants 2 others to help.
* on-call Translators: Luigi? And Mattis. EmileKroeger and ChristopheDucamp
for French support. EmileKroeger for asian timezone and ChristopheDucamp
for European timezone.
* setting up wiki pages
* outreach
* ask other communities if date is good, interested in sending representatives
or just everyone coming along, even
* Seb Paquet would probably blog about us
* graphic - a banner, and a large graphic to put on the top page
* perhaps MurrayAltheim would do this for us

* Take low-tech collaboration route (text: Wiki, MoonEdit, IRC, Jabber),
to ease technical requirements
* MoonEdit has a 14 person limit per server;
* We may need to divide up groups between two servers (is-root and taoriver)

* June sounds good. :)

* We need a descriptive paragraph.

* Commitments
* We'll use an OddWiki, which LionKimbro will set up a bit.

* LionKimbro will ask MurrayAltheim about maybe making a logo for the event,
to be completed in 1 weeks time (from today.) ChristopheDucamp will
ask for a logo from LaurentLuntai.

* We will work out the promo text / descriptive text on CW
